Please read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.If you are interested in commissioning me, please fill out our commissions form.

Terms Of Service

General Info

To request a commission, you have to fill the form. All completed forms are considered first.After the form is filled, I will confirm all information, then I will confirm your Kofi payment. (You will receive an invoice thru Kofi from your purchase.)Image references are highly appreciated. In case of no design sheet available, you can make a clear moodboard and/or document to describe in details of the character.Any Major Changes are preferred before the line art.I have the right to decline any project. If I feel like your request does not suit my art style or out of my capabilities. (Please check what I could draw and not draw before sending me a request)Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission (this includes minting/selling the commissioned work for NFT.) Strictly no tracing, copying, erasing, editing of the commission piece. I own the artwork; you can use and post the work whenever you want but you have to credit me. I have the right to post the work on my socials or portfolios, but I'll always credit you.Any art made by Shaymena is prohibited to be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence) art training purposes.If you need your commission on PRIORITY we must discuss it right away. A rush fee will be added. ⬅

Payment Process

ALL Prices are in USD and all invoices are sent through Kofi.Commissions will start after the payment has gone through.Commissions can either be paid half upfront / half after completion, or in full upfront. Unless otherwise confirmed in Dms.Payment must be made within 48 hours. If payment is not made in a timely manner, the commission will be canceled on the spot.If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.Rush orders will require for an extra fee and can be accepted for order discussed via DM, Rush Fee cost x1.5 of the price of the commission.

Commercial Commissions

For Vtuber Models the commercial fee is already included, no discussion needed.For illustration the price for commercial use will be discussed.If you want to later on use the illustrations for commercial purpose, you will need to pay the fee afterwards.Commercial fees are for reproducing the illustration for Merch.Commercials fees do not apply for posting on socials or streams.

Refund Policy

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund. If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.I will only refund if you have a reasonable excuse.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Shaymena, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.

Process

Deadlines

You may set a deadline but it must be reasonable, the time I need to finish a commission can take up to 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the queue of the commission list. If you do have a deadline please book in advance with enough time, other wise it will be classed as a rush order. To discuss more on deadlines please do DM me for further inquiries.
